The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience desirable)
- Teach your specialist subject or provide general cover where required
- Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Recent UK secondary teaching experience preferred
