Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Wellingborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced candidates.

The Role:
Deliver engaging and well-planned English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English
A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success
