- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience working with SEMH, SEND, or vulnerable learners
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Has a genuine passion for improving the lives of young people
- Believes every child deserves the opportunity to succeed
