The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students both within the classroom and through small group interventions.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with varying learning needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
• Help pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people in education, care, youth work, coaching, or a similar setting.
• Is patient, adaptable, and resilient.
• Can build strong, professional relationships with pupils.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning.
• Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
