What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the regular class teacher

  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Supporting students to remain focused, motivated, and confident in their learning

  • Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

  • Encouraging academic progress, independence, and personal development

  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to support excellent outcomes for students

  • Experience working with young people through education, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
