What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Supporting students to remain focused, motivated, and confident in their learning
Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
Encouraging academic progress, independence, and personal development
Working collaboratively with teaching staff to support excellent outcomes for students
We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people through education, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident, professional, and enthusiastic approach
Adaptability, resilience, and strong classroom presence
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people's development
