Cover Supervisor
Northampton | September Start | Up to £130 per day (PAYE)

Are you confident leading a classroom and supporting students in a specialist education setting?

We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming SEN school in Northampton from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and creating a positive, structured learning environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an education, care or support setting
  • Confidence managing a classroom and delivering pre-set lessons
  • A calm, patient and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
