Your Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both teachers and pupils by:

• Assisting with the delivery of engaging classroom activities.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need additional guidance.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a love of learning.
• Helping to prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning environment.
• Supporting the social, emotional and academic development of children throughout the school day.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting.
• Is caring, adaptable and eager to support young learners.
• Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
