What You'll Be Doing

• Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Supporting pupils on an individual basis and in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Encouraging confidence, participation and independence throughout the school day.
• Assisting with classroom organisation and preparing learning materials.
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school or similar setting.
• Be positive, reliable and passionate about supporting young learners.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of different pupils and classrooms.
