Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners for opportunities across the London Borough of Hackney.

We are working with a range of welcoming and well-established nurseries, primary schools and Early Years settings that are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced practitioners to support children across the EYFS.

This is an excellent opportunity for Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators looking for regular work in supportive settings across Hackney.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, a longer-term placement or your next permanent opportunity, we can offer roles based around your experience, availability and preferences.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children across the EYFS framework

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities

• Support children's social, emotional and educational development

• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

• Encourage children's communication, confidence and independence

• Observe and assess children's progress

• Contribute to children's learning journeys and development records

• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff

• Work collaboratively with teachers and other Early Years professionals

• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school policies

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

• Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners

• Level 3 Nursery Nurses

• Early Years Educators

• Experienced Nursery Practitioners

• Early Years Teaching Assistants with relevant qualifications

You will need:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Recent experience working with children in an Early Years setting

• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring, patient and nurturing approach

• The ability to build positive relationships with young children

• Strong safeguarding awareness

• A professional, reliable and adaptable approach

• Availability for regular work
