1:1 Teaching Assistant - Kettering

September Start | Full-Time | Up to £105 per day PAYE

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join the school from September.

The Role

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil
• Support the pupil's learning, development and wellbeing
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Encourage positive engagement and participation in learning
• Help create a supportive, inclusive and positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
• Experience providing 1:1 support is desirable
• Patient, nurturing and confident in supporting individual needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting children's educational development
