About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced Daily Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout Norbiton and the surrounding areas on a day-to-day and short-term basis. We have strong demand across all year groups, from Nursery and Reception through to Year 6, and we work hard to match you with schools that suit your experience, preferred phase and location.

As a supply teacher, you will step into classrooms at short notice and provide high-quality, calm and purposeful cover. Norbiton schools value supply teachers who can follow existing plans confidently, settle pupils quickly, maintain established routines and manage behaviour effectively from the moment they arrive.

What we are looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience teaching across primary year groups, from EYFS through to KS2
• Adaptable, confident and calm when working in different classroom environments
• Ability to follow existing lesson plans and maintain consistent routines and behaviour expectations
• Strong communication skills when working with different staff teams and school communities
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection knowledge
