KS2 Class Teacher - Greenwich

Contract: Long-term, Full-time
Pay: £41,729-£64,684 per annum (Inner London MPS/UPS)

I am currently recruiting for a KS2 Class Teacher to join a primary school in Greenwich on a long-term basis, starting ASAP.

The role would suit a teacher who is confident taking responsibility for a class and is looking for something longer term. You will be expected to plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum, manage the classroom and work closely with the school's wider teaching team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching a KS2 class
• Planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum
• Adapting work to meet different learning needs
• Managing behaviour effectively
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress
• Working alongside Teaching Assistants and other members of staff
• Following school policies and contributing to school life

The school are looking for:

• QTS or equivalent
• Previous primary teaching experience
• Experience teaching KS2
• Strong classroom management
• Good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Someone reliable, organised and confident in the classroom
