About the role - Supply Teacher - Kettering

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Ensure pupils are engaged, supported and motivated throughout the school day

• Maintain a positive learning environment and high behaviour expectations

• Follow school planning and ensure lessons are delivered effectively

• Adapt activities where necessary to meet the needs of individual pupils

• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs

• Work alongside teaching assistants and other school staff

• Provide feedback to the class teacher where required

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Adapt confidently to different classrooms and school environments

About you - Supply Teacher - Kettering

• QTS is essential

• Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Confident delivering lessons across the primary age range

• Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, flexible and adaptable

• Able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development

• Available for either full-time or part-time work

ECTs are welcome to apply, with opportunities available to gain experience across different year groups and primary school settings.
