Secondary Maths Teacher- Scunthorpe

As a Secondary Maths Teacher on supply, you will;

  • Be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inclusive Maths lessons
  • Have a strong understanding of the Maths National Curriculum
  • Deliver a range of mathematical topics and concepts across KS3 and KS4
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to support pupils with diverse learning needs and abilities
  • Develop pupils' mathematical understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence
  • Encourage pupils to apply mathematical knowledge to real-life situations and problem-solving tasks
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing appropriate feedback and support
  • Prepare pupils effectively for GCSE examinations and other relevant assessments
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and school settings

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
