Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting reliable, professional and attentive Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, during the November mock exam period.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work within education, including graduates, experienced school staff and those looking to gain experience in a secondary school environment.

No previous exam invigilation experience is required, as Tradewind Recruitment will provide free JCQ Exam Invigilation Training to help you prepare for the role.

Key Responsibilities - Exam Invigilator

  • Supervising students throughout November mock examinations.
  • Ensuring examination regulations and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Distributing, collecting and securely handling examination materials.
  • Maintaining a quiet, calm and focused examination environment.
  • Supporting students appropriately while maintaining exam integrity.
  • Reporting any incidents or irregularities in line with school procedures.

What We Are Looking For

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • Punctuality, reliability and a professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • The confidence to supervise students in a formal examination setting.
  • A calm, fair and consistent approach.
  • Willingness to complete free JCQ Exam Invigilation Training.
  • References covering recent roles within the last two years.
  • A full and accurate employment history.
  • An Enhanced DBS Check registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
