Role Details
- Location: Brent, North West London
- Working pattern: Full-time
- Contract: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent
- Salary: In line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS)
- Parking: On-site parking available
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons.
- Inspire students to develop their reading, writing and analytical skills.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised equivalent, where applicable.
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.
- Demonstrates effective classroom management and inclusive teaching practice.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Is enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential.
