Primary Teaching Assistants Needed

Location: Salford
Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

We are currently recruiting Full-Time Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Salford.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
  • Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils with their learning.
  • Promote pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils' progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a UK school is essential.
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
  • Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable.
  • A patient, enthusiastic and supportive approach to working with children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
