Full-Time Year 4 Teacher | £39,196-£52,241 per annum | 8:15am-4:00pm

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed Year 4 Teacher for a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in West Drayton, starting in January 2027. The role:

  • Teach a Year 4 class from January 2027.

  • Assess pupils' progress and use this to inform future planning.

  • Maintain positive behaviour and a purposeful classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, including the parallel class teacher, to support consistent teaching and learning.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm

  • Salary: Outer London Main Pay Range, £39,196-£52,241 per annum (M1-M6 equivalent for 2026/27), subject to the school's pay arrangements and the applicable pay point.

Who Should Apply?

The school is looking for a qualified primary teacher with QTS who can deliver effective lessons, manage a Year 4 classroom confidently and support pupils of differing abilities. Experience teaching in KS2 would be beneficial. ECTs with QTS are welcome to apply.
