Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable, hands-on experience in education? Do you have a passion for helping young people achieve their full potential and an interest in supporting students' learning and wellbeing?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic secondary school in Newham. You'll work closely with our Psychology department, supporting both teachers and students across Key Stages 4 and 5.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing academic and pastoral support to students studying Psychology (GCSE and A-Level).

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and small-group interventions.

• Supporting students with learning needs, helping them build confidence and study skills.

• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and wellbeing initiatives.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject).

• Has a genuine interest in education, child development, and behaviour.

• Is proactive, patient, and able to build positive relationships with young people.

• Aspires to a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or youth support.
