About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative storyteller and content strategist who thrives on engagement. You’ll shape our brand presence, produce high-quality content across formats, and drive our social media strategy to build strong relationships with educators, schools, and communities. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll ensure that every piece of content is aligned to audience personas, tells a compelling story, and supports our wider growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Storytelling & Content Creation: Produce blogs, case studies, thought leadership, SEO assets, and content for web, automation and campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and run the social media strategy and plan that grows engagement, builds communities, and strengthens brand presence across key platforms and builds the brand of the leadership across channels.
- Audience Alignment: Partner with CMO and Digital and Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging resonates with personas and market segments.
- Campaign Support: Provide copywriting, creative storytelling, and digital content that fuel multi-channel campaigns.
- Brand Voice: Act as guardian of our brand narrative, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all content touchpoints.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, and social media management.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance tracking.
- A passion for community engagement and social media trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, and campaign teams.
