Contract Type: Full-Time, Potential Permanent Role
Salary: £37,870 - £50,474 (Outer London pay scale, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging and differentiated lessons for a Year 4 class

  • Collaborate with the parallel Year 4 teacher to ensure consistency and shared best practice

  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports progress and wellbeing

  • Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing improvement initiatives


The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Be a reflective and proactive classroom practitioner

  • Demonstrate strong behaviour and classroom management skills

  • Be committed to raising achievement and supporting the individual needs of pupils

  • Thrive in a collaborative, supportive school culture

  • ECTs are welcome to apply - the school may be able to support your ECT year
