Year 4 Class Teacher
Full-time | Immediate Start | Until at least February 2026

A vibrant two-form entry primary school in Southall is seeking a confident and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role is full-time and will run until at least February 2026, with the potential for extension.

The school is a well-established and inclusive setting, serving a diverse community. It has an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for pupils with additional needs and a strong focus on inclusion, collaboration and pastoral care. The Role

  • Teach a lively Year 4 class with a small number of pupils requiring firm, consistent behaviour management.

  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

  • Take full class responsibilities including planning, marking, reports, parents' evenings and INSET days.

  • Work closely with support staff and the leadership team to ensure consistent routines and positive progress.

  • Be part of a collaborative year group team that shares planning and ideas to support workload balance.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - open to experienced teachers or strong ECTs.

  • Proven ability to manage behaviour positively and effectively.

  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A reflective practitioner with a commitment to professional growth.
