Year 4 Class Teacher

A vibrant two-form entry primary school in Southall is seeking a confident and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role is full-time and will run until at least February 2026, with the potential for extension.
The school is a well-established and inclusive setting, serving a diverse community. It has an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for pupils with additional needs and a strong focus on inclusion, collaboration and pastoral care. The Role
Teach a lively Year 4 class with a small number of pupils requiring firm, consistent behaviour management.
Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Take full class responsibilities including planning, marking, reports, parents' evenings and INSET days.
Work closely with support staff and the leadership team to ensure consistent routines and positive progress.
Be part of a collaborative year group team that shares planning and ideas to support workload balance.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - open to experienced teachers or strong ECTs.
Proven ability to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A reflective practitioner with a commitment to professional growth.
