Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Northampton who are seeking to appoint a dedicated Class Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately after the October half term.

About the role - Class TA
You will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, working one-to-one and with small groups, helping pupils make strong progress and meet their potential. You may also assist with classroom organisation, learning tasks and supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children in a school setting (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Have strong communication skills and the confidence to support learning across the curriculum
- Hold a relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3) or equivalent experience
