• Must have QTS
• Will ideally have experience as a year 5 teacher or key stage 2 teacher
• Will be able to deliver learning tasks that promote independence

• Will value the importance of fostering emotional, social, moral and spiritual development

• Will be able to recognise strengths and talents in all areas

• Will be able to encourage children to be reflective and resilient
