Salary: £110 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in the Kettering area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and committed to helping every learner thrive.

In this rewarding role, you will work with students who require additional support, delivering tailored teaching and creating learning experiences that meet their individual needs.

Your Role:

  • Teach and support students with a range of special educational needs

  • Adapt and deliver lessons to meet individual learning needs

  • Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external agencies

  • Create an inclusive, nurturing, and positive learning environment

  • Track and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback

  • Foster independence, confidence, and personal development

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with SEN students (ASC, MLD, SLD, SEMH, or similar)

  • Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills

  • A patient, flexible, and resilient approach

  • A passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
