SEN Science Teacher - Northampton, Northamptonshire - Immediate start - Up to £170 per day (PAYE) - Full-time - Qualified and Unqualified Teachers welcome
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Science Teacher to join a specialist setting in Northampton. This role is ideal for teachers, instructors or aspiring educators who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment.

This specialist provision supports young people who benefit from smaller class sizes, personalised learning and a therapeutic, relationship-based approach. The Role:
Deliver engaging, practical and accessible Science sessions
Support small groups of learners with a range of additional needs
Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage progress and confidence
Follow a structured curriculum-no planning or marking required
Work closely with support staff and senior leaders to maintain a positive and purposeful classroom
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teachers and Unqualified Teachers welcome
Experience working with SEN pupils or in alternative provisions is highly desirable
A calm, patient and resilient approach
Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
What We Offer:
Up to £170 per day (PAYE) depending on experience
