About the Graduate Programme

The Role

As a Graduate on the programme, you may be involved in:

  • Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or on a one-to-one basis

  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

  • Helping to raise attainment and engagement across the school

  • Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model

  • Gaining exposure to daily school life and professional expectations

Who We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate (any degree subject welcome)

  • A genuine interest in education and working with young people

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude

  • Experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
