We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive school community. In this role, you will work closely with students to support positive behaviour, build resilience, and help them achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and group mentoring to students demonstrating behavioural challenges.
Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to monitor progress.
Support students in developing social, emotional, and life skills.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports on student progress.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring context.
Can build strong, trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
Is patient, resilient, and solution-focused.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Holds relevant qualifications or experience in behaviour management, mentoring, or youth work.
