Tradewind Recruitment's Northampton office is our newest location, already home to three incredibly successful consultants whose performance has driven rapid growth. Their success has allowed us to expand again - and we're now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the business.

Based in the heart of Northampton town centre, this office offers the energy of a growing hub with the backing of one of the UK's largest education recruitment agencies.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to:

  • Interview and place candidates into schools

  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients

  • Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets

  • Develop sales, negotiation, and influencing skills

  • Be coached daily by high-performing consultants and managers

No recruitment experience is required - attitude, drive, and ambition are essential.

What We Offer

  • £28,000 - £30,000 starting salary

  • £35,000 - £40,000 realistic Year 1 earnings

  • Uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)

Who We're Looking For

You must:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence

  • Non-graduates with a background in a relevant, fast-paced career (e.g. sales, customer-focused roles, education, or similar), who can show clear growth and long-term commitment
