Salary: £90-£95 per day

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a primary/secondary school in the Wellingborough area to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team supporting students' learning and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a real difference in the classroom, providing targeted support to pupils and helping them achieve their full potential.

The role will involve:

• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons

• Working with individuals or small groups of students to support learning

• Assisting with classroom management and organisation

• Supporting students with special educational needs, disabilities, or additional learning requirements

• Contributing to the planning and delivery of learning activities

• Promoting the safety, wellbeing, and positive development of all pupils

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting

• Be patient, approachable, and adaptable

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Be committed to supporting all students to achieve their best

• Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience)
