What the Role Involves:
Supporting the delivery of planned Science lessons in line with the curriculum
Assisting with practical experiments and classroom-based activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
Helping pupils grasp key scientific ideas and terminology
Liaising with teaching staff to support progress and learning outcomes
Taking part in department meetings and school life
The Person We're Looking For:
Someone with a genuine enthusiasm for Science
Confident working with groups of secondary-aged students
Professional, reliable, and willing to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with young people is beneficial, but not required
