Behaviour Manager - Secondary School (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week)

We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Lewisham on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the school's behaviour management strategies across the secondary setting.
Work closely with students to promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
Support staff in implementing behaviour policies and interventions.
Manage behaviour incidents effectively and maintain accurate records.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support student wellbeing and progress.
Provide targeted support to students who require additional behavioural guidance.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager, Behaviour Mentor, or in a similar role within a school setting.
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies in secondary education.
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, confident, and proactive when managing challenging situations.
A degree is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
