Behaviour Manager - Secondary School (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week)
Location: Lewisham, South East London
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Lewisham on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the school's behaviour management strategies across the secondary setting.

  • Work closely with students to promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.

  • Support staff in implementing behaviour policies and interventions.

  • Manage behaviour incidents effectively and maintain accurate records.

  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support student wellbeing and progress.

  • Provide targeted support to students who require additional behavioural guidance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager, Behaviour Mentor, or in a similar role within a school setting.

  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies in secondary education.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and proactive when managing challenging situations.

  • A degree is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
