Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £120-£160 per day (depending on experience and subject)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible supply available

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for flexible and reliable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools in the Corby area. This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, experienced educators seeking a better work-life balance, or teachers available for short-term and long-term assignments.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged in learning during the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects

  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Creating a positive and productive learning environment

  • Marking work where required

  • Providing feedback to the school following lessons

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Flexible and adaptable approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching multiple subjects

  • Ability to travel to schools in the Corby area

  • Availability for short-term and/or long-term supply
