The Role:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Inspire curiosity and critical thinking about people, places, environments, and global issues
Bring topics such as climate change, sustainability, population, and urban change to life through creative teaching
Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Contribute to wider school life, including enrichment activities, fieldwork, and departmental initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a Geography specialism
Strong subject knowledge and a confident, positive classroom presence
Innovative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
Commitment to inclusion, high expectations, and student progress
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
