• Ensures all health and safety procedures are followed, including proper use of equipment
• Encourages participation and motivates all students, regardless of ability level
• Communicates instructions clearly and effectively to large groups
• Manages time efficiently to keep lessons structured and engaging
• Provides positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to support student development
• Remains calm, organised, and responsive when dealing with unexpected situations or injuries
