SEN Teacher - New Specialist Provision, Irthlingborough

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join a new specialist provision in Irthlingborough. As they open this new site, we are looking for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and eager to help shape a provision that truly meets the needs of its learners.

This role offers the chance to deliver creative, differentiated lessons to students with a range of additional needs, including autism and SEMH. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a broad, engaging curriculum that supports both academic progress and personal development.

We are seeking a teacher who:

  • Has experience working with SEN students (or a strong interest in developing in this area)
  • Is adaptable, creative, and student-centred in their approach
  • Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Is committed to high expectations and inclusive practice
