  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of provision

As part of a new provision, you will have the opportunity to shape policies, systems, and the overall approach to SEND from the outset. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a culture of inclusion, high expectations, and continuous improvement.

We offer:

  • A leadership role within a new and growing provision
  • A collaborative and supportive senior leadership team
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • The chance to make a lasting difference to students' lives

If you are an inspiring leader with a strong commitment to SEND, we would be excited to welcome you to our team.
