About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Wellingborough. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and contribute to a successful and supportive Maths department.

This role is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs who are committed to delivering high-quality mathematics education across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive Maths lessons across the curriculum

• Plan, prepare, and assess student progress in line with national curriculum standards

• Foster problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and a love of mathematics

• Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential

• Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Specialism in Mathematics

• Strong classroom management skills

• A passion for teaching and student achievement
