  • Supporting behaviour management strategies
  • Acting as a role model for both students and support staff

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and have a greater impact on teaching and learning. As part of a new provision, you will also have opportunities to contribute to the development of systems, routines, and best practice.

We offer:

  • A supportive and forward-thinking team
  • Opportunities for progression into teaching or leadership roles
  • Ongoing professional development
  • The chance to help shape a new SEN provision from the ground up

If you are passionate about supporting young people and ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
