Job Description
Teaching Assistant - SEMH Schools (Northamptonshire)
Are you passionate about supporting young people who face social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges? We are currently recruiting dedicated, resilient, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work across our partner SEMH schools throughout Northamptonshire.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will support pupils who may present with behavioural challenges, emotional needs, and dysregulation that impact their ability to access learning. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
- Managing challenging behaviour using a proactive and consistent approach
