What You'll Be Doing

  • Working closely with teaching staff to support progress and achievement
  • Gaining experience across different subjects, year groups, and school settings
  • Building confidence in classroom management and lesson delivery skills

We're Looking For

  • Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or support roles)
  • Confident communicators with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Adaptable, reliable, and professional individuals
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people's development
  • Aspiring teachers considering routes such as PGCE, SCITT, or teacher apprenticeships
  • Team players who are eager to learn and grow within a school environment
