Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join supportive and welcoming schools in the Wellingborough area.

The Role:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

  • Working 1:1 and with small groups of pupils

  • Assisting students with additional learning needs

  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Promoting pupil engagement and progress

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)

  • A positive, patient and caring approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in supporting education and development
