The Role:
Providing in-class support to teachers and pupils
Working with individual students and small groups
Supporting learners with additional needs to access the curriculum
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Candidate Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
A caring, patient, and supportive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
