The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in learning
Support students in completing classwork and maintaining a positive learning environment
Follow school policies and procedures effectively
Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or youth work setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence leading groups of students independently
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A flexible and proactive attitude
A passion for supporting students and education
