Cover Supervisor - Kettering
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Kettering area.

The Role:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and instructions
- Supporting students with their learning and engagement
- Creating a positive and productive learning environment
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with young people or within a school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Confidence leading groups of students independently
- A flexible, adaptable, and professional approach
- A passion for education and supporting student development
