Behaviour Mentor - Full Time

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor for a full-time position in the Kettering area. This is an excellent opportunity to support students in a secondary school setting and make a real difference to their educational experience and personal development.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them to engage positively with learning and achieve their full potential.

The Role:

  • Full-time Behaviour Mentor position

  • Supporting students on a one-to-one and small group basis

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons

  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

  • Assisting with behaviour management strategies and interventions

  • Supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with young people in a school, mentoring, or support role

  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills

  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach

  • The ability to build positive relationships quickly

  • A passion for supporting students' wellbeing and progress
