The Role:

• Supporting students within the classroom across a variety of subjects
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Working with small groups and individual students to support learning
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Gaining first-hand experience of school life and teaching practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in any subject area
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working with young people
• A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
