SEN Supply Teacher - Northamptonshire | Flexible Roles in Partner Schools

Are you a passionate and adaptable SEN teacher looking for flexible work across Northamptonshire? We are supporting a number of partner schools across the county who are looking for dedicated SEN Supply Teachers to provide high-quality teaching and support for pupils with additional needs.

The role will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils with special educational needs

  • Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and wider school teams
  • Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
  • Maintaining effective behaviour management and pastoral support

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Has experience supporting children with SEN in school settings
  • Can build strong relationships quickly within new school environments
  • Is patient, flexible, and confident adapting to different classroom needs
  • Has a genuine passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
