  • Confident leading small groups or whole-class activities
  • Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to learning support
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
  • Interested in progressing further within education or SEN teaching
