Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work within a supportive school in the Kettering area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and supporting young people to achieve their full potential in the classroom.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
• Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assist pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support behaviour management and student engagement
• Prepare classroom resources and assist with general classroom duties

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Has experience working with children within a school setting
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is patient, proactive, and adaptable
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Experience supporting SEND students is desirable but not essential
